Prox-reader for easy set/unset - plain English for ease of use

The Galaxy remote keypad is a plain English text LCD keypad for easy setting/unsetting/ and programming of your alarm system. In addition to an easy to use press-button keypad there is an optional Prox-Reader to allow setting and unsetting by means of a simple prox-tag or prox-card so that the days of keyholders forgetting their code numbers are a thing of the past.

The Galaxy end station is a metal-box containing the heart of the system and is usually fitted at a concealed location for security and aesthetics. With on-board zones and expansion to over 40 zones (depending on G2 or G3) the system is large enough for all domestic and small - medium commercial installations (subject to risk). In addition to signalling alarms to an Alarm Receiving Centre the Galaxy can send an SMS text message to up to three mobile phones or pagers! NOTE: SMS text messaging requires the use of third-party SMS Control Centres, over which RJB Security Systems has no control.

In addition to the on-board communicator there is an option for a plug-on GSM radio pad to use with a sim card of your choice to provide a dual-path signalling option for secure alarm signalling not relying solely on the telephone line.

A provision is also available for a two-way speech module - full audio confirmation for your Alarm Receiving Centre or simply dial in yourself and listen or speak.
